Internet started to slow down dramatically and drops every once in a while when playing online games. We pay for a 2mb line and when tested we get 1.5mb download speed and 0.47mb upload speed, which is normal, but when in-game everything slows down and then drops. But my problem is to get in-touch with Telkom to know what is going on and how to fix it or when it will be fixed. The telephone numbers for support or complaints does not exist on this site: [URL Removed] . The number I got from their directory enquiry service for Telkom Pretoria does not answer their phone... so what is one to do to fix this problem if nobody answers a phone to help you!!
