Over the years that I have had a contract with MTN I have endless difficulties trying to contact customer care. Today is no different.
Calling the customer care line and selecting the option to transfer to an agent results in the termination of my call every time I tried (Thanks for making me feel important!).
Trying the online chat link [URL Removed] provided on my statement does not work.
It is unbelievable that MTN can provide such poor service for so long. Thankfully this is my last contract and I am calling to terminate.- If I ever manage to contact them!
