While I'm not entirely pleased with the nonchalance I've received by the 8ta Call Centre staff, I do believe in giving credit where it is due. I have been assisted by Memory Mapuranga a couple of times now and each time she has impressed me with her impeccable service. Not only does she greet you with a smile but her knowledge of her product and customer service is above reproach. In a world where mediocre customer service seems to be the order of the day, her sprightly, cheerful attitude and dedication to her customers comes as a breathe of fresh air.
Thank you Memory, I'd like you to know that your hard work and service has not gone unnoticed and it is appreciated.
