I am utterly disgusted by Vodacom bad service

I cancelled my contract with Vodacom in November 2013 after my contract was updgraded without my consent. I just realised that they are still billing. on the statement received 03/01/2014 Invoice NOMFUNDO MNOTHISI NZUZA B599605256 798770081. I mean really! This is against the law. Firstly It was illegal dealings and transactions on my account now this. I am not happy at all with your service and dealings. What kind of company is this?
