PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK

During the month of December Mobimoola debited my account, but they giving excuse that they made contact with me to supply a bank statement which I never did. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEBIT WAS MADE DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER AND YOU MADE A CONTACT WITH ME FOR THE DEBIT WHICH WAS MADE BEFORE THAT. Why do you debit my account and want me to go and quee at the bank to get a statement so that I can prove to you that you took my money? Please check your records you will see that you debited my account. Why must I waste my time becaue of your own mistakes? please refund my money back...
