I recently received my billing statement from Vodacom of which I was billed R1230 for my december statement. I lodged a query with them the same month where I questioned the amount because my avarage spend is usually between R600 and R800.Also the R1230 is only for Data usage, its reported on the 21st I apparently used R400 with of Data which I dispute profusely.

I then went to the branch here in East London (Berea) where I was told to call 082111 and lodge the query, I did this early December and I was supposed to be contacted within 14 days and I still haven't heard anything from them. I called again on the 02 of January 2014 this year and I I was told they are still investigating the matter, I called again yesterday the12 of January 2014, still being told the same thing. The thing the upsets me the most is that I am not being informed as to what is going on and why the is a delay in the process. I believe that I am being treated with utter disrespect and I am extremely dissatisfied with Vodacom.
