Well i have been trying to cancel this account since November of last year. Followed their instructions to a T and the debit orders keep going off my account. I have called Numerous times and they state that someone will get back to and they never do. Then they ask me if i submitted the correct form to the correct email address and i have.
Yet the billing continues and no one can tell me what is going on and you can only ever speak to a customer care rep and not the team responsible for the termination of the accounts.
I am Beyond Frustrated at this moment in time!!!
