I have to place this on the web cause we all are guilty of sometime moaning and groaning about iburst BUT LET ME TELL U WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND THE WIFE!!! My wife just started working from home and with the software we had from there company we had problems with connection ERRORS. I thought it was the software but after doing a speed test found it found it was my IBURTS CONNECTION. This is 2 weeks down the line i jump on the phone and called in to my surprise a VERY well spoken charming educated pleasant and super friendly DONOVAN PILLAY answered the call after asking him could someone help he said a IT TECHNICIAN had to come out to the house at full price so be it but this would take time cause i had to be booked in. I could not wait cause of the situation and explained everything to him he told me to hang on and went to his [URL Removed] back told me he will help me the next day late then again phone me back and said no early next morning and that IBURST will meet me some way on the labor... then repeatedly called back to make sure the our problem was resolved and work done smooth with even a little joke at the end!!!
