Convergance deal not as promised

Seen telkom ad on national television, went for deal to save on my telephone bills but paying even more now, after complaining to customer care in september last year never had positive answer from consultants recieved ref.no and no response when i complained again the next month then being pushed from 1 consultant to the other up to 5 and eventually being told that my complaint has been thrown out.i requested them to get back to me but to no avail.the next month my account came high again, complained again, got pushed around back and forth for about an half an hour with another ref.no, again no response.i phoned the following month again, this time i requested that the new contract rather to be cancelled but the consultant said 'that i would have t pay penalty.but the person that sold me the contract never mentioned at all about penalties or rules of contract.still waiting today with no reply to any reference numbers and still receiving high accounts.
