Once again Telkom's Billing

Repeated requests to have the PDF document emailed to us like it was done few months back we now get this F't up mail saying log in and go look at the invoice. After struggling to get in we still could not find our invoice, this has been going on for months now each f'ing month I have to phone request the behind the phone to send me a PDF, it was like that in the past why has it changed?

Next month same shait tell me are you out to get people upset or what?
You are VERY fast to disconnect for being behind by R55 and charge R180 re connection for R55? charge another R180?

This bring s me to how your system works - First you get sms "Your phone has not been paid R800 etc etc."
Then you get a phone call telling you that if its not paid it will be disconnected. when you call the automated system tells you its R1300 but you have paid xxx in the past few weeks .. you speak to a consultant that tells you "oh sorry the seestam send out that amount as it does not pick up the payment made" .. the amounts confuses me... Send me what' due and whats paid! don't f'ing tell me your sms or email was wrong when I phone you! GET YOUR SYSTEM IN ORDER SEND ME THE DUE AMOUNT!!
