I have used Telkom services for the past 10 years and one thing that remains constant is the very poor call centre service... Telkom broke my record of the longest wait on a call queue by having to wait 1hour 30 minutes.
Just shut this call centre down if it doesn't work and stop giving us wrong information of service availability.
It is a shame that Cell C and Vodacom that handle more massive call volumes will not keep you waiting for even 5 minutes.
It is horrible. The IVR system is just static and cannot advise of queues or volumes. Poor that a big telco cannot have a more efficient system.
