Ok i'm just seriously annoyed now!! I have been given the run around by Telkom staff for 3 days now. First I go into the store for a spend increase they say they can't help me there is a system error they take down my details and advised they will call me back - NOTHING!!
Then I call the call centre number i've been given 022 483 0063 the guy tells me i'll put you through to billing knowing billing is closed at that hour. I call again this morning woman puts me through to activations where I wait forever before I had no choice but to hang up.
Now can someone please tell me what I have to do to increase my spend limit on my Telkom Mix contract since I was never asked when I signed up what I wanted it to be in the first place!!
