Call logged on Website-netowk coverage - no record

I am utterly disgusted with MTN's service since August. I have gotten nowhere with most of the things.

I filled in the form on the MTN Website around the 30th Dec 2013

To date I have had no communication from MTN regarding my query, I spoke to someone in the coverage department yesterday 08/01/2014 approx. 11:00 (cannot recall his name - Nhlanthla rings a bell. I asked him to check the progress of my call and he kept saying that he needs a reference number, I explained to him that I did not get a reference number from the above link - long story short he would not help me when I provided him with the cellphone number in question and then call got cut off.

I have had a problem with my modem that I got in August (Biggest mistake of my life!!!) it has been replaced and 0821555 has reset both my SIM cards still the same problem, tested with router and directly on laptop, different APNs have been given, been to MTN shop with specialist - same problem, I'm 100m from Wilro Park tower.

MTN will be loosing me as a customer. Kevin
