On the 02 November 2012, I went to Mtn eastgate. I wanted to upgrade my blackberry to the Z10 only to be told that Samsung is a better phone. I agreed to try it only I didnt know that o was getting myself into a huge debt contract. My previous contact limted me to R100 with unlimited bis. I was very happy with this. When I used my limit I had to recharge manually. Now I have a phone I didnt really want and I am been charged excessively for something that was never explained to me. My whole contract was rushed as it was almost closing time. I find this to be totally unethical. If I was explained that once my limit was reached i would not be informed and would be charged regardless I would never have taken out the contract. In other words if my bill ran into the thousands Mtn would be smiling and I would have to pay. I find this totally unethical and unfair that because your staff don't know how your polices work i have to suffer for their ignorance. I was never given sufficient information which lead to me been ignorant when taking out this contract. I actually feel entrapped. When your staff saw I was on top up they shouldve asked the next question. I don't work for mtn.
