My second experience with Nashua Mobile and once again, a terrible one.
I have been given instructions by my dad to sort out an urgent query on his account, as he is unavailable and all I get is "we can't help you", "that's not my problem" and a bad attitude.
I have all his details, but cannot be helped.
This all due to an error on Nashua Mobile's side.
Is there anyone who can assist me?
Clearly, "company protocol" is more important than customer service and "company protocol" is responsible for all your negative reviews.
