Friendly, warm and sincere service

I wanted to convey my thanks and heartfelt appreciation for Amoret's outstanding service which I received in mid November last year. I tried mailing my appreciation directly to Telkom but that failed, thus my report via HelloPeter.

The fact that Amoret remembered my name after just one previous visit indicated to me that she really cared about me as a customer of Telkom. Not only was she friendly and welcoming when I was in the store, but the way she constantly followed up with me was most highly appreciated. I thank her for all her efforts and genuine, caring manner. She is a credit to the organisation. Unfortunately the company I work for is fully staffed presently in PE, but if they weren't, I can assure you I would be approaching Amoret to come and work for us!

I hope Amoret will be suitably rewarded and recognised by her manager for her efforts.

Please also extend my thanks to Peter for all his technical assistance, he's also been warm and friendly and has sorted out our needs. Everything is working superbly.
