Billing for BIS on a Samsung

Contract was upgraded and BlackBerry phone was replaced with Samsung S3 Mini. Sales consultant neglected to initialise process to terminate BIS. Nashua Mobile continued to bill for a service which could no longer be used and now refuse to admit their mistake and to process full refund.
