I have been waiting for my phone to be sorted out since 28th November.
I cannot believe the shocking customer service.
They have till the end of the week and then I will upgrade elsewhere.
This was the last I heard and now e-mails are not been answered or their landline.
May I request that you please grant me time until Wednesday 11/12/2013 to have the matter resolved?
