BREACH OF CONTRACT

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE AND THE UMPTEENTH TIME COMPLAINING ABOUT MTN.

THEY HAVE ONCE AGAIN NOT ALLOCATED DATA BUNDLES TO MY CONTRACTS AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE I HAVE NOW RECEIVED AN SMS THAT THE DATA BUNDLE HAS BEEN CANCELLED???

I HAVE COMPLAINED TO MTN, AND NOTHING HAPPENS, I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT THEM ON HELLOPETER, AND NOTHING HAPPENS, I HAVE ALSO EMAILED ICASA AND AM AWAITING THEIR RESPONSE.

IT SEEMS LIKE AS SOUTH AFRICANS WE ARE EXPECTED TO PUT UP WITH THIS SERVICE.

THE NEXT STAGE WILL BE THE CANCELLATION OF MY DEBIT ORDER, IT MAY BE THE ONLY TIME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
