My ADSL line has now been down for a week, no one has done anything, I have called Telkom twice, received 3 sms's on the day I logged the call. It seems someone crossed my line at the exchange because Afrihost tells me my number shows up differently on their side. Instead of sending me all these useless sms's, can't you get off your backside and see what is wrong at the exchange? I am soooooo fed up with no service delivery from Telkom. The only reason I am a Telkom customer is because I don't have a choice.
