I run a successful business from home. I'm a growing photographer and my "fans" follow my every post, except, for the last few weeks I was unable to work and have lost enormous amounts of clients due to Telkom's poor service! I have a business line with Telkom and they are making promise after promise on when my line will be ready to use. I relocated my business, no new registrations, no paper work JUST line transfer it to a new address. I wish Neotel was in range. Pretty sure they offer better service, especially to business owners! Last week they told me Monday... Now all of a sudden they can only attend Thursday?? Whats next? 2014? I am listed for so many services at Telkom, why should I pay for them when I'm unable to use them?
