Insufficient support from service provide

Since I've upgraded my data contract with Vodacom about a year ago I've had endless problems. The modem was deficient from day one and was replaced by the service provider twice. They denied any complaints from other customers. After that there had been a problem on my account. According to the service provider they have only limited access to the system and therefore could not help me. I went to the regional office for help. I took over 3 months to solve the problem during which I had no internet access but paid my account. In the most recent incident my debitorder (mysteriously) didn't go through and my account was locked. According to the accounts department there were insufficient funds in my bank account. The debitorder showed "returned" on Vodacom's system which gives me a BAD CREDIT RECORD! I had to pay a penalty fee to unlock my account. I've offered to provide them with bank statements to proof that there were more than sufficient funds for the debitorder to go through but I haven't heard from them ever since. This month R259 instead of R149 was deducted from my bank account. Really, I'VE HAD IT! All I ask from Vodacom is to cancel my contract.
