Requested ADSL line to be cancelled on the 27th of Aug, due to moving house. ref: TOC754559936. Spoke to Eva at 12:15. Pretty sure I would have logged it online as well on the same day
Was told that different departments deal with ADSL versus line. Not my problem - single point of contact for a customer pls! had to give month's notice, so should have been off since 27 Sept right? Much to my surprise I received a bill for Oct and we are in Nov already. Line was never dismantled.
I have been holding on to speak to their "Options Centre" since 17:00 and it is 17:37! No joy! I will need a refund for the fees wrongfully deducted as well, but how to get hold of someone? How do business people manage to interface with Telkom regarding residential line issues??? Can someone pls cancel my line???
