I posted my complaint originally on 31 December 2013 explaining the poor service that I received from Pinelands branch which resulted in me applying on line. I would have expected that the manager of the Pinelands branch call me to apologise for the manner in which I was treated. Following my complaint on the 31st I received a call on 2 January from an MTN consultant advising me that I would receive a call regarding my on line application. Later that day I did. Unfortunately I could not conclude the on line application and the consultant advised that he would call me the next day. Needless to say I am still waiting. Does MTN want my business or not.
