BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES (ADSL)

I received a response from telkom that my call had been escalated, ref number ARS229422. 22 June I received a call from a gentleman from accounts that helped settle part of the problem. He was fantastic! Andy Ford thank you for your good service but he explained that the rest of the problem would need to be assigned to another department to credit us for the bandwidth and he had no authority here. Since then I have received no phone calls. I have called telkom also for a fault on our line that we have had since we had the line in but every time we log a call telkom close the call a few days later saying it has been resolved. I have had to open up a new call today and requested that a telkom engineer come out. I am paying for a 2MB line and the speed on the line is slower than me using my edge signal on my cell phone. I did a speed test and it is running at 0.01MB, not even a MB. I then decided I think I am at the point of cancelling the contract as it is nearly 2 months of paying for something that does not work plus all the wasted time of phone calls, held for 30 minutes and got cut off. if someone out there really does care, I really hope I get this escalated?
