Learn from Virgin how to get

3rd contract upgraded and stupid me havent learnt that they dont know what they doing! Spoken to Kagiso regarding contract n wrong billing 18/12/13. He didnt get back as promised, then was told that the contract was sold to me incorrectly but they dont have anything to offer me so they cancelling the contract but im still liable for all the extra amounts that was paid n will still be billed. I was asked not to use the sim as it would generate new costs and they dont bother following up with information. I will gladly let virgin have thier fone back n move over to Mtn who has never broken a promise in the 12 yrs my hubby has a contract with them. I wonder if Virgin would have cancelled the contract n paid me back if it was my mistake... they have done this with the first contract as well. Very angry n gonna try to get the lawyers to sue their backside for false selling.
