Wow - it is the 6th of Jan 2014 - I still have not phone at either of my homes - in fact - my home number (021) 9481445 has been deleted from all systems and there is no record of my remove request - apparently only a request for cancellation of service. This, after speaking to all of the above people (at Telkom) who referred to my move request. PATHETIC - no response to any of my emails sent to the Escalation dept and also no response on this site. Where do I go from here??? As I no longer exist as a customer, I am sure they will understand that I will not settle any phone bills connected to the never in existence number (021) 9481445!!
