I upgraded and needed a simswop as well, Cherise the agent at Tokai branch told me this would take 48 hours. Time has lapsed and I still have no internet connection, I am currently on hold with MTN call center for the FOURTH TIME. i have already spoken to 3 call center agents over a period of an HOUR and NO ONE was able to assist!! I am absolutely DISGUSTED with your service!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!
