My voda contract was due for cancellation and the sales person I spoke to convinced me on down grading to a phoneless contract or airtym and data. The agreement was 1.they would send me a new nano sim FREE and they would do a sim swop to the prepaid number I currently have so I dnt have the rouble of changing numbers 2. My debit order date would be changed to the 27th, day of my payday. Needless to say NONE of that has happened. Deductions happen on the 25th, it bounces and I incur ridiculoud charges from fnb because of that. I don't know how many times I"ve called the callcentre and I am still sitting with NO new sim card and charges every 25th because of the debit order!! HELP!!! What does a person have to do kanti???
