I received a huge bill this month after I apparently subscribed to Hugemob. I have never downloaded games on my phone or any other useless application. I spoke to Ann from costumer services who gave me a number to dial so I can cancel it, but the money is already lost. As service providers should you not protect your costumers against applications, and prohibit them from accessing our accounts?
