I will like to lodge a complaint over one of your online chat consultants named Gugulethu Nelani. she is useless and we need more efficient people willing to help unlike her who just ignored me blatantly when I was seeking assistance with problems connecting to the internet. I was explaining that I was having trouble using my modem (data no 0614961545) to connect to the internet and she suggested I reboot of which I explained I had tried that already and asked if there were no other alternatives I could try and she just ignored me and did not response at all even when I asked if she was still there she ignore me till I disconnected. this is not acceptable and I'm not sure if this is how your consultants conduct themselves when speaking to clients. please address this behaviour and give us people willing to help us not Gugulethu Nelani.
