Pathetic customer service

I called the customer service about 2 months ago when I noticed on my statement that I was being charged for itemised billing when I had never received an itemised statement. The consultant was very cynical to the fact that I had not noticed for 3 years. He advised me that IT will have to look into it and verify if it was correct. a few days later I received an sms saying a credit was approved. At the end of the month I received my statement with an itemised billing but no refund. I called again and asked, they said it was gone for authorisation to the accounts department and a consultant will call me. I asked them to ensure the money was paid directly to my bank account. my last call was 31.12.2013. TWO months later and NO refund and nobody has called. I have called several times only to hear the same thing. This is pathetic customer service! If I didn't pay my bill for one month, would you call me then? yet you can take my money and still not have the decency to return my call!
