I Logged a call with Telkom for a bad (crackling line) line on the 01-01-2014 it is now 4 days later and the only response I have had was someone phoning to ask what the problem was, which should have 1. been picked up on as soon as we answered the phone (that is how bad it is) and 2. should have been put in the original call logged to them
I am honestly disappointed in their service and expected more from them
