I have been trying to get my PUK number for the past 2 days, calling the 0860 33 22 44 number and holding on for over 30 minutes, and when the call gets answered, you hear giggles and no one responds, people chatting in the background about their binging past days... how pathetic!!!
Guys, how can I simply get back to being contracted directly with Cell C? Your service is really appalling. how can you not have skeleton staff over the holiday period??? Closing from the 20th Dec till 05 Jan, who will service your clients, your call centre is surely not efficient.
