No answer from call centre!

I have been calling the Absa Life call centre for the past two weeks without any answer from all the three numbers I tried, the numbers I used were 0860 227 253, 0860 105 629 and 011 350 2111. I am really disappointed in the service. I cannot be holding on the line for 20 minutes without any help. The matter needs to be addressed urgently! I just want to change my debit order date!
