So i took out a new contract with MTN for a tab and then i check the tab a few days later only to find that there is no sim card i contact MTN and then they directed me to the store after i was at the standing in the store for an hour they said they cant asssit me how pathetic is that the one girl was even so rude to roll her eyes at me???
i then today called MTN Direct they either cant assist me or keep reffering me but then they want to charge me pro-rata for something i did not use im sorry but i refuse to pay it I also want someone to call me regarding this issue and just give me a nonchalant reply like the last time... im goimng to cancel this contract as you are in breech of contract with me and will rather pay a more reliable service provider that actually cares about their client and knows how to do their work instead of being incompetent.
