Upgrade done on the 17 December 2013

To Whom it may concern

On the 17 of December 2013 I upgrade my usb to 2 gb uyo at a price of R109 per Month.

The Sales persons Jacky Ntatamala give me the contact at the price which she sign also i then informed her that will it be possible to give me a discount on the upgrade fee as this is the six contact that I have up grade . she informed me that it will not be possible.

In December the amount of 105 and 139.39 was take off my credit that i had on my account.

I call into the call centre and the person said I need to go back to North Gate as i did the up grade there, I did go back and inform Jacky Ntatamala that the incorrect amount was taken off, she informed me that she will sort the matter out for me and give me feedback till to day I have not got any feedback back from her.

I went again to day to North gate to get the matter sort out Knosi contact number informed me that Jacky Ntatamala is not on duty and she then contact her again to find out about the matter and the she said that she did send in the request but no records are on the system . she can not assist me I need to wait for Jacky Ntatamala to came back on duty and this will be Friday
