Debit Order not deducted after I queried twice

On14.11.12 I applied for a contract Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 for R468x24mths. The service I received was friendly and helpful and i was pleased when i received a call informing me that my contract was approved. On 21.11.12 i visited the store to collect my device and was informed by the consultant that the first installment would be deducted from my bank account at the end of Dec. On 10.01.13 i received an sms from 8ta stating that R1312.52 would be deducted from my bank account on 15.01.13. I called customer service and the consultant was quite unhelpful as the info she provided differed from the statement she emailed me. I then visited the 8ta Adderley store and the friendly consultant called customer service and informed me that 8ta sent me an sms in Dec asking when i would like the debit order to be deducted-i never received this sms and the contract i have infront of me clearly indicates my bank details and that i prefer debit orders on the last day of the month. I was told that R1312.52 would be deducted at the end of Jan but this did not happen. I am well aware of the CPA and I refuse to pay 3months installments at once additional charges when the fault was not mine!
