When you log a compliant and receive a call back you expect a solution. Well don't expect this from Vodacom! All they will do is keep you waiting and then try to contact you on the WRong contact number and just send you a SMS to say that your problem is resolved! And try to call them to speak to a supervisor and you get told you can't but the will call you in 48 WORKING HOURS! UNBELIEVABLE!
