"as previously advised", you guys stated that my case was now being dealt with by the ops specialist: Mangaka Thabanchu and even with that there has still been dead silence. Since i referred this matter to ICASA and they were in contact with you, you had 14 working days in which to respond and from my records those ended on 27 December 2013. We are now in January 2014 and the ops specialist is still missing in action. I fail to see how you people are unable to resolve a matter that was reported on 28 October 2013, your service is beyond pathetic - you demand your money on time and yet when it comes to delivering proper customer service, you are nowhere to be found!!! I wonder what excuse you will be coming up with this time.
