I don't think cell c people know what they are doing let alone know what customer service is. My mother's upgrade phone is still not working has never worked since she got it in september n now she was told to take it for repairs somewhere else n pay for it her self. Like seriously naa I thought I knew bad servce but this tops them all n what's funny is even. Though they can't get the phone fixed or give her a. New phone they still refuse to cancell the contract. Wow n excellent servce of caring less about clients as long as they get their money.
