My telkom line has been down for a month i have sent numerous fault log, i run my business from home and for one month i have no telephone line or internet and telkom dose not seem to care, i have lost business for the month and i still have to pay the dam bill at the end of the month for a service i never use i find this unethical and the call center is a wast of fricken time, telkom service i need a new provider, and im not paying this bill as i did not use they service im gonna take this up.
