Incompetent staff at NASHUA MOBILE!

On the 13th Dec I called the Retentions call centre to place a req for an upgrade and Rearabetswe assisted me or lack there of. On Sat I went to Clearwater branch to collect the upgrade as this is for a Christmas present for my fiance who is leaving in the 26th Dec - only to be told that the deal was not processed and there is no record of this deal! Why do I call the call centre is they are not going to assist me in processing this deal - now I am left in a position to run around and look for alternative gift or call Clearwater to chase the deal - who fault and incompetence is this? I pay monthly for a service and expect it in return! Someone better fix this before I take this matter further - URGENT!
