Misinformation and unAuthorized billing

I had Called Nashua to enquirer about a Samsung S4 offer they had. after my conversation with gift on the offer i suggested that he put the offer on hold and not process it as i was not ready to accept the deal and that i will call back to confirm. now the man did not state that the offer could not be placed on hold if. If he had said so i would have cancelled the offer then. he never confimed with me and processed the offer i called nashua mobile before the debit date to cancel the offer but they could not see anything on their systems relating to such an offer except for a current Nokia contract i have with them. In my mind then the offer was still on hold or never processed. NOW they debit my ACC on the 21st of June for the S4 that i never even took delivery off. and to think they said it wasn't on my account when i called them. now its taken them an entire month of me calling them to try and reverse my money back into my account the guy that did this deal behind my back has failed to do this. even though he did say it was his fault for not communicating what was possible and what was not possible. they have debited my account again this month. I CANT DEAL!!! NASHUA IS BAD!!
