A big thank you to Lina from Dion Wired Illanga in Nelspruit. I phoned the shop and Lina was busy with a customer. I explained to the person taking the message (didn't catch a name) what my dilemma was. Within 15 minutes I received a call back from Lina, not only did she call me back, but she took the initiative to find and order the product that's out of stock at her branch before phoning me. As the product I was looking for was discontinued I didn't have any hope of finding one, not to say the two she found. Really a pleasure doing Christmas shopping at Dion Wired.
