Content sale cost added to account, daily

I contacted the call centre in October 2013 to follow up on a daily amount of R4.38 being added to my account @ midnight every day. I was provided with a reference number but no resolution. I am forced to pay an additional amount of about R131 per month. I am a pensioner and I cannot afford to continue paying this additional amount. Please confirm what else is needed from me to resolve this issue.
