ADSl Malfunction

Struggling for more than a year now to get my ADSL malfunctioning line resolved. Have to reset my router on a daily basis of up to 10 or more times, in order for my service to work. Changed and tested router many times, PC, line filters, etc etc etc. Problem persisting 24/7. Service down again tonite and had to be reset on the exchange (again and again and again).
