A few days ago I bought a HG532s router and a usb modem. I tried to setup port forwarding so I can view my cctv cameras remotely. I called your support center and after quite a number of calls received an amail from Jaco Snel. I tried to explain as best I could and asked if either he or someone else could contact me. Apparantly Jaco is very busy or just doesn't like to talk to customers because my request was totally ignored. I informed my suppliers that I will be taken your equipment back for a refund, called other suppliers and got myself a TP-Link router and modem. You have lost this sale and all future sales thanks to the pathetic response from your support team with Jaco Snel being the main reason
