I upgraded my contract on Saturday 14th December 2013 and downloaded my apps on my new phone. I had data and free minutes on my contract but yet I got billed over R100 for downloading. I phoned your customer line on Sunday and got told by the consultant that he cannot figure out what happened and I will be contacted the same day or the Mon by his supervisor. Its Wednesday and I am still waiting on said call.
