Very quick to take my money, slow to rectify!!!

Nashua Mobile billed me twice this month in error. Mistakes happen and that can maybe be understood. However, once the error has been picked up, one would think it could be rectified quickly. Well, not so with nashua mobile. It must be a long and drawn out process to sort out something which in the greater scheme of things is not rocket science. I brought this to their attention on Monday and today (friday), still nothing has been resolved. No one there apparently has any interest in the bad ripple effect that the missing funds will have on my bank account. I am not impressed at all by this. Makes me pray for the day my contract with them ends so I can take my business elsewhere!
